Eric Skelton started his career as a U.S. Air Force F-15 Crew Chief — maintaining one of the most sophisticated aircraft ever built and serving on crash and barrier response teams. That role meant catching aircraft with an arresting cable system when an emergency landing required stopping a plane at high speed. One shot. One chance. That experience is the DNA of Tailhook.

After the Air Force, Eric spent 20 years in corporate finance navigating large-scale financial systems and data workflows. Over that time he built a parallel career in automation — from Excel macros that saved teams hundreds of hours, to sophisticated data pipelines that transformed how organizations operate.
